There was always a variety from which to choose. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Despite the language barrier, we were still able to communicate with some understanding.

Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later.
