It is a good base to explore the Ardennes and is very, very popular with hunters.

A lovely Auberge where we stopped for 1 night on our journey north. Restaurant very good and our dog was allowed to accompany us for meals. Spacious clean room nicely designed . Friendly staff although we had to guess what they were saying as our French is not good.

Hôtel Le Château Fort is a unique medieval fortress located in Sedan. It offers soundproofed rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom, cable TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Was a unique experience to stay in the top of a castle. Our room had a door that opened onto the ramparts allowing us to walk around in the evening. It was off season so hardly any other guests there. Restaurant and bar were closed but a short drive put us at a recommended restaurant. The room was modern and comfy and quiet.

Beautiful hotel on a great location at the river Meuse(Maas) The hotel is very nicely created in Chateau de Wallerand with high quality materials and interior design. We used the diner in the hotel, quality and taste of the meal was perfect, good chef! Staff was helpful and friendly. Next morning we used the Spa facilities, over here we found the same quality of design and cleanliness as in the rest of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay and to return in the future!

The hotel was also the local pub, bakery and cafe (although they were closed when we arrived) The owner was welcoming and allowed us to use his garage for our motorbike. The breakfast was continental style and plentiful. The hotel was a short distance from the river with some lovely walks.

Aia, restorani, baari ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega Auberge en Ardenne asub Les Hautes-Rivières'is. The location was stunning and the property itself was very clean, being on a motorbike the added extra of the secure garage was a clear bonus. Lue & Christine were fantastic hosts and the staff were very friendly. Sadly my French is literally hello and goodbye however with lue and google translate we managed. Brilliant stay thank you so much.
