+ Amazing terrace view + Perfect location to reach everything we wanted on the South Tenerife + Amazing complec with beautiful garden, plants, modernist architecture, all very well taken care of + Great neighbours -- senior British and German teorusts mostly, all nice, smiling and helpful + Empty swimming pool which we could use for ourselves most of the time + The pool was heated, which is very much appreciated in January :-)

It has a great location just few hundred meters from the TF-1. Also the South Tenerife Airport is only 25 minutes away and Santa Cruz de Tenerife is 45 minutes drive by TF-1. There are 2 infinity pools, one of which is heated by solar panels, one small gym, free yoga and pilates classes available during weekdays, a playground area, and a washing machine room. If you prefer to park your car inside, there are two underground garages.

Great pick up from the South Tenerife Airport (only took 20mins max). A very cosy hostel with a lovely bunch of solo travellers and great outdoor social space with guitars, cards and boardgames. Also enough space to sit alone if you wanted some time by yourself which is often hard to come by in smaller hostels. Shared rooms were comfortable with lockers provided, and the showers & toilets were hot, very clean and modern!

Found the location for a family ideal. could walk into the main areas within 10mins never had any problems walking there . The cleaning lady (apologies never got her name) that cleaned out apartment was fantastic with the kids .she left the apartment in perfect condition each day and she even tucked the kids teddy bears into the folded sheets both kids loved it. Will definitely stay here again if we visit south Tenerife

The personnel was extremely friendly. Nice and open spaces. Very much family-oriented. It can get a little too noisy at the kids swimming pool, and the other 2 outdoor pools can get quite busy. Nicely cooked food. There is little to do around the hotel within walk distance but the hotel is nice enough to stay there. Around 20 minutes by car from the South Tenerife's Airport.

The location is ideal, half an hour's drive to Tenerife South airport and close to all attractions of South Tenerife as well as good connections to the rest of the island.It is a closed complex of a few rental villas and a small apartment block, hence it was very safe and quiet.There is an indoor pool, which was never busy.Our rental villa was well equiped.

Great hostel overall, moments away from beaches, shops and restaurants in South tenerife. They let you borrow masks, snorkels, wetsuits etc free of charge and also offer surf and yoga lessons at a reasonable price. Not a party hostel, but there is a friendly vibe and it's easy to socialise. The breakfast is simple but nice, and a good chance to meet others

Sparkling and spotless hostel, friendly and helpful staff, good location with buses next to the hostel to take you everywhere.. good view from my room, montain view, good coffee shop nearby for an awsome international breakfast. I will be back and I will recomand to everyone going to South Tenerife

The host of the property Raul is very caring and go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is just perfect. The facilities at the property are excellent. A great place to stay in south Tenerife at a stone throw from the airport and the busy Adeje coast. I recommend this apartment greatly.

Nice Apartment only a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants. Good communication and always free parking spaces on the surrounding streets. The Apartment gets a bit hot, but i guess that is just the weather in south Tenerife :)

Lovely bright apartment, great facilities and good location. Kitchen was so very well equipped and balcony was bigger than expected. Host very accommodating. Bus stop right outside to travel to around south Tenerife.

Amazing modern apart-hotel with truly breathtaking views, wonderful communal areas (especially the pool and bar) and excellent service. Definitely our go-to place next time we visit South Tenerife!

Everything was perfect. My sister and I were here for a relaxation week and it was memorable. We are both visually impaired, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us when needed, and everyone was extremely pleasant. The duty manager, Myriam, was highly professional and insured we always got the help we needed. Thanks a lot also to Jason for showing us around. Alexa and the rest of the staff at the main restaurant were super helpful, and Joe from guest relations was also literally the nicest ever, he made sure we had a great time. The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful at all times The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great and varied. The cafe and pool bars all offer great service. The rooftop bar. is great, we loved the vibes and we got the best shisha ever, thanks Jony, if I got the name right 😄 We also enjoyed all the drinks we got. The spa and waterzone were also great. All the hotel areas smelled really good We are definitely coming back! 😊

There is nothing we didn't like. Staff is super welcoming and accommodating, and there was nothing they couldn't arrange (from tennis coach to day trips and nannies). The hotel is beautiful with amazing gardens, pools, and many restaurants to choose from. The beach club (also because of Luis and Javier) was the best for lunch. The kids club is amazing with tons of things to do for the little ones. Especially Gemma was a superstar with the kids; our son kept asking to go back to her. We also enjoyed the spa and tennis court. The whole property was super taken care of and well maintained.

perfect stuff, perfect service

The room was fantastic! I was a little worried because I had seen that the hotel was being renovated but that didn't bother me at all. The room was new and modern. Great for those who want to spend the week and still use the kitchen and feel like at home. The pool was cold which was to be expected since the water is sea water. The pool area was wonderful and renovated. despite not having parking, this was not a problem because there were several free spaces in front of the hotel

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff go above and beyond. Very clean, well maintained and exceptional cleaners and maintenance staff. Would highly recommend for both families and couples.
