El Prado National Museum

More palace than museum, El Prado is a true cultural treasure trove. Its hallways hold one of the world’s finest collections of European art, from the fantastical figures of Bosch’s Garden of Earthly Delights to the dark, twisted beauty of Goya’s legendary Black Paintings. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg either – in the evening, entrance is usually free.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Colosseum Holidays-San Giovanni in Laterano! The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. It was very close to the colosseum, roman forum and palatine hill. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go but did catch the local subway to the Vatican. The apartment is above a fun restaurant. You can hear the activity there but it did not adversely affect us in any way. We had a small problem with the lock that was easily remedied. A great place to stay!

The hotel was on a beautiful street with many wonderful businesses. The staff was amazing. They recommended restaurants and made reservations for us. It was in walking distance to the colosseum, the wedding cake, the Roman forum and the train station for the metro and transportation out of Rome.

The apartment was very nice and spacious and so comfortable, it felt like we were stepping into a time capsule, that's how old the building is but it was solid. The location was optimal for us since it felt centrally located to everything we did and explored. We were about a 12-15 min. Walk to the colosseum and literally steps away from the Roman forum and pretty decent restaurants were close by as well. Emiliano greeted us at the door for checking in and recommending restaurants for us to try.

The location was great, super easy to get there when coming in by train (3 minute walk) and when renting a scooter from the local place. The coffee in room and easy walking distance to the coliseum, roman forum, are what made this.

Amazing little studio with a fantastic location near Piazza Navona. We were able to take 40 or 64 bus from Rome Termini train station to get here. It is walking distance to sights like Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. Also it is very close to many great restaurants, bars, cafes that are highly rated but not too touristy. Felt like a safe neighborhood with a lot of nightlife. Also near a few grocery stores. WiFi was good.

Simone was very attentive and responsive. The location was perfectly located in the center of the larger Rome sites. The apartment is also in a quiet area. The best location for pictures of the Roman Forum is just a 5 minute walk, don't forget to check it out at night when the lights are on!
