The hotel staff at reception were genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel feels brand new and is very well equipped with fantastic amenities. Little touches in the way the hotel is run make a big difference, such as the thoughtful decor, the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, the little sweets let every day and the newest model nespresso machine with numerous coffee pods.
