We were pleasantly surprised by the large size of our room. The staff at the front desk and the bar were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice vibe. Literally the best in the west, my room felt so old style British royalty and everything exceeds my expectations, mattresses so new and high you might break a leg falling down from them, morning breakfast was an extra plus.
