Very comfortable budget hotel with friendly and responsive staff. Check in and out were smooth and fast. The room was well stocked with comfortable beds and a good desk and seating. The bathroom was nice and functioned well. Everything was clean and in order. I was very happy with my stay. Truly the value of the hotel was far better than I expected for the price and absolutely well worth it. I felt very secure and taken care of, so although it’s nothing fancy, I was well pleased.

If you looking for some bigger place than usual hotel room in Paris, then that is it. Comfy apartment with very convenient underground parking, good location, with less than 600m to nearest metro station, plenty of food options in the vicinity of the hotel. Good value for money.

A nice area that was in the middle of all the places we want to go to in Paris center (like Efille Tower, Louvre Museum…) and outside the city (Euro Disney, Monrt’s village, Versailles Palace).
Driving in the streets of Montrouge is convenient with almost no traffic jams.
The streets are full of shops and restaurants.
The area is clean and seems to be safe.

Uncomfortable very stiff bed.
Uncomfortable very stiff bed. Air conditioning doesn't cool down the room/apartment. Even if switched on at maximum power, it is so weak that doesn't make any difference. Room becomes warm, and together with the bed, made sleeping difficult and unpleasant.
Check-in and check-out was fair and receptionists were kind. Price was fair for Paris, location isn't the best but is relatively easy to connect with the rest of the city.
In summary, the aparthotel is ok if you don't care about stiff bed and air conditioning that doesn't cool down the room whatsoever

Comparing other part of Paris, it's clean and quite.
Comparing other part of Paris, it's clean and quite. And the people is willing to help others - I can not read French, it's easy to find someone to help you to fix the car parking fee payment on road side.

I like the the location.
I like the the location. Not far to Ligne 4 Metro & well served by buses. Also, it was surrounded by Supermarkets, Restaurants & Pubs. The Hotel itself was quiet clean. But the staffs have to make sure everything function well inside the room allocated to any customers. Staffs there are too short. Make sure at least 2 staffs are working daytime. Receptionist staffs must learn how to treat Customers by providing to them good customers services skills. My advice, send them in the UK for training. They can learn more from English people because French have a bad reputation on this. Too rude, not polite. In this world of the big concurrence, if you do not improve you will lose many customers. This is my advice.
Great location, 5 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. 25 to minutes from Gare du Nord (straight one Metro 4) and around the same time to Eiffel Tower (2 Metros 4 and 6).
Great staff. Rooms are very basic but they have everything one needs. Stay with my family of 3, for one night. The room cost €120 and with breakfast €9 each. Breakfast was very nice, freshly squeezed orange juice was included.
Carrefour is around the corner and a few cafes and restaurants are not far. This hotel is part of a small charming restaurant.
The neighborhood is fantastic for a calm and safe stay. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy almost next door and a couple of artisan boulangeries within a few minutes (walking). The property is spacious and lovely. It was clean and adequately furnished. Good view and very quiet at night. The landlord was very prompt and clear in responding to questions. Checking in and out was a breeze. Very pleasant stay all together!
Cute hotel above a neighborhood restaurant. While technically outside of Paris, it is only steps away from the metro line 4 metro which gets you into Paris very easily. The room is clean and comfy, and there are grocery stores, boulangeries, and shops within walking distance, also a huge farmers market which opens Thursday and Sunday is right by it.
Everything was perfect.
The district is good, felt safe there and it was quiet during the night. Easy reachable from the city center (about 30/40min - depends where you are going from).
Very liked that place, in case of going to Paris again, definitely will book it again :)
The property is very close to train station. Easy to get around have to take 2 trains to Paris central. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. We find the area is quite safe. The room got everything we need although it is not new.
Everything was as described, the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was fine. You can't get to your room with elevator without your room card so keep that in mind if you are traveling with family or group.
The hotel deserves its 3 stars.
Friendly & helpful owner. He let us checked out to suit our departure via train to london. Also, the area is safe although a bit of a distance from the city center. But thats orait since transportation is quite convenient.
Good location. Close to many convenient restaurants that are open late, next to a grocery store, short walk into outer-Paris near university, and of course the neighborhoods with lovely pastry shops.
The receptionists were all very kind. On our arrival, the one we met offered us a free bottle of water 😊
And on our last day, they offered to keep our luggages safe while we went for last errand.
Safety. The place is very safe. Excellent location to local shops and metro to major cities. Very accessible. The host was very helpful whenever needed. They even provide play toys for kids.
The room is clean and the staff in the hotel and very polite and friendly. Stayed there for just the night after we landed in Paris as we were leaving the next day to Italy
