Jali was so accommodating to all our needs. He made us feel comfortable. We settled in the pool after our 8 hour train ride and he shared snake fruit liquor with us. On our last night after we spent the day visiting temples he made us homemade burgers and fries 👌 the best I ever had. We love Jali and everyone at the property during our stay ☺️ would highly recommend his place!

Rolly i Lala ens han ajudat molt durant la nostra estància a Yogyakarta. Són super amables i acollidors. Ens van ajudar amb el tema de lloguer de motos fent-ho tot molt fàcil. També els contactes que tenen en diferents agències per visitar els temples de la zona han sigut molt acollidors i a preus molt competitius. Està ubicada al centre per visitar els diferents punts d'interès turístic de la ciutat. Esmorzars super bons, cada dia diferents i a la hora convinguda. Si tornem a venir a yogya no tindrem dubte de on anar. No és pot demanar més pel preu que té.

The place itself is very clean and the common room is open towards the outside which gives a really pleasant atmosphere. You also have access to the kitchen where you can cook if you wish. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of mountain, Blue Garden Yogyakarta is a recently renovated guest house located in Yogyakarta, 11 km from Museum Sonobudoyo. It is out in a rural area well outside the city. Very peaceful and relaxing. Room was super clean and air conditioned with a large bathroom ( no a/c) and mini bar. ( Beer and cokes only) It has a small but good restaurant ( reserve meals in advance) and a lovely garden and pool. Looks out on rice fields with birds and nature all around. It is close.to a mosque and you can definitely hear the call to prayer. It added to the atmosphere for us and they turn down the loudspeaker for the 4am call to prayer!. You can borrow the bikes and ride through the working rice fields leased from the sultan. You certainly get to see authentic rural Javanese life but its not for those who want any kind of nightlife! Beer available but no wine, so bring your own if you want to relax over a glass while getting your authenticity!
