This hotel has everything you might need as a first-timer in New York. It has spacious and cozy rooms, equipped with everything you need and more, such as an empty fridge for your drinks and food, a good hair dryer, clothes iron, and even a sleeping machine with white noise or animal sounds if you need a bit of help to fall asleep. Knowing that I have an iron and an ironing board in the room really helped me relax while packing for my trip. We also had a big umbrella in the closet, as well as super comfy bathrobes and slippers. The view from our room was stunning, and there wasn't much noise, just an occasional siren which was muffled and didn't bother us while we relaxed or slept. We also couldn't hear any of the neighbors! They also provided us with a free Nespresso machine, tea, and coffee pods. The staff was super polite and helpful; they really offered help and went out of their way to let us know we could ask for everything we might need. Such an atmosphere really helped us relax! From the reception, doormen, bartenders, cleaners, and waiters at the bar - everyone was super nice. The location is one of the best in town - you have Times Square and metro stations just a couple minutes away, a 24h open CVS, Whole Foods, Joe's Pizza, Broadway theaters, Bryant Park, and so much more just a couple of steps away from the hotel. The public Library, Summit One Vanderbilt, and Grand Central Station are also very easy and close to walk to. We appreciated the happy hour with a free Aperol spritz every day from 4-6 PM, and it was super refreshing after our busy day of exploring. We also had the opportunity to dine at the AperiBar, and needless to say, the food was fantastic. We had oysters, a pizza, and a steak; everything was heavenly. Their cocktails are also fabulous. We'd absolutely recommend LUMA to everyone who is coming to NY for the first time and wants to have a perfect, smooth base for exploring.

Where a warm, contemporary design story envelops you from the inside out with stunning interiors and an awe-inspiring, rippling wave façade... One of the reasons I chose this pendry is the fact that a floor plan was available of the room type, the room exceeded my expectations! The staff was beyond amazing and the pendry had wholefoods and daily provisions just downstairs!

Itinayo ang Equinox Hotels para sa mga nagpapahinga at naglalaro kung gaano sila katindi magtrabaho. Fantastic hotel. Room is really clean. Loved the minibar though items can be pricey. Really enjoyed club equinox facilities. Felt very safe in this location .

My daughter and I are great admirers of Kit Kemps incredible designs so it was lovely to enjoy this luxurious hotel and admire her work. The restaurant was very buzzy and popular with a sophisticated crowd and the food was lovely.

Located in Midtown Manhattan, between Bryant Park and the Empire State Building, this hotel offers rooms with iPod docking stations. From the first minute of my arrival I felt like I am very welcome there! The staff was very friendly and upgraded me to the 22nd floor with the amazing view over NYC. The location on the 5th Avenue is perfect. My room was very comfortable and spacious, especially spacious was the bathroom and the bath itself - also with a great view from the window. I also loved the breakfast at Il Fiori. Marvellous stay and I'd like to be back asap.

Great hotel, loved the location it's one street away from Broadway and Times Square. Everything was so clean and I had a very pleasant stay here, very recommended and I look forward to coming back.
